1) First, add salt, herbs, diced onion, scallion and ground beef into a bowl. Combine well, and then make meatballs. (Do not add flour or cornstarch,…!) 2) Second, put large saucepan on medium/low heat, and then add oil. After, 30 seconds add meatballs, allow frying on one side for 1 to 2 minutes, flip it and fry the other side for 2 minutes more or less.
